Working at the Center

One of the reasons the therapists and estheticians who practice at the Center are consistently of such high caliber is that each of them owns their own business, and are not employees or independent contractors. They set their own schedules, decide which clients they want to work with, provide the tools necessary for their practice, and conduct themselves and their work entirely in the manner they see fit. Unlike typical spas, there are no staff meetings, training sessions, or uniform requirements. Consequentially, rather than attracting the typical employee or “independent contractor” who is really not independent, the Center instead attracts true professionals.
